Oh heeey panorama.
That’s the B-block at my college, by the way. I have, uh… TV Graphics, Graphics, Photography and I think Working in Media there.

Another test from Diœresis. I like this one a lot (except for the fails at some parts because I had to change the camera settings), and I think I handled the turns a lot better (after the first test, I’ve figured out that I need to move the camera so that it points the same direction as where the bus is going AT ALL TIMES. If I don’t, it looks fucking retarded).

Low-quality because fuck it, I can’t be bothered to render a test video in HD.

So I’ve started doing this personal photography project. Basically, I’m going to take pictures from the second floors of the doubledecker buses that I usually take to school. I’ll do this during different kinds of weather and in different times of day (I take the bus to school at 8 and 12, and I take it from school at 13, 17, 18 and varying times between 15 and 17 on Tuesdays, so that’ll work). Each trip takes half an hour from where I live to the Bournemouth city centre, in which I switch to another bus, which takes half an hour to my school (or 45 minutes to the Poole city centre).

So yeah. Today I did a test shoot, taking pictures every 3-5 seconds on a bus that went from Poole to Bournemouth (half an hour and I ended up with 537 pictures, so 15-ish pictures per minute). Also, yes, it’s crap. It was just a test; I’ll need to use the function for taking several photos in a short timeframe + probably a tripod for this to work properly. Oh well.

As of right now I’ve just named the project Diœresis, after a linguistic aspect (diœresis = when you pronounce two adjacent vowels independently of each other, for instance in Italian, “io” = ee-oh; /ˈɪ.ɔ/ for those who can read IPA. Diœresis is also the ¨ diacritic).

But yeah, I’ll likely rename it to something else, probably in Italian or Arabic.

Sooo yup.

Photos taken with Canon Ixus 220 HS. Video was shat out from iMovie ‘10 or '11, dunno.
