2. Draw a figure using a reference - link to reference
My proportions are so off it isn’t even funny, and I’m not sure why/how to fix it. I’m not sure if it’s the fact that I’m doing it digitally, or just me being shit at drawing. I’ll try using action lines/more construction lines next time, that might help.
On the bright side, I tried shading and it went ok.
How do I paint
Also at this point it honestly kinda looks like Photoshop would be easier to start with for digital art (but then again I’ve used PS for years for everything except painting).
Oh also I guess this will be my first entry to the 30 day challenge I’m doing. I’m not keen on drawing myself for various reasons, so this is my portrait/introduction I guess.
